Sandplay Therapy
 

Sandplay therapy is often confused with Sandtray, which is a generic term describing how boxes of sand are used with small toys as part of a child's play therapy program. However, the underlying principles of Sandplay and Sandtray are quite distinct, although symbolic images and sandtrays are used in both. Sandplays are created in a free and protected space, where the therapist does not interpret, interfere with, or direct the client's symbolic expression.

Prepare-Enrich Relationship and Parenting Programs

 

The Prepare-Enrich Relationship program is a customised couple assessment completed online that identifies a couple's strength and growth areas. Based on a couple's responses, a trained facilitator provides a number of feedback sessions in which the facilitator helps the couple discuss and understand their results as they examine proven relationship skills.

 

The Prepare-Enrich Parenting Version guides couples through the challenges of parenting and the intersection of marital and parental dynamics, raising awareness and building relationship skills.

The Parenting Version empowers parents providing them with insight into their parenting style, family dynamics, and couple relationship.
